1. what is your MOQ for the products?

Usually our MOQ is 100pcs.Custom logo 1000pcs .If the order quantity is large, we can offer some discounts. If it is mixed with other products, it can also be accepted !

2. Can I get samples to check the quality of products?

Sure. We usually provide 5pcs samples with little sample charge. Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity products.

3. How long is the sample LEAD TIME?

For existing samples ,it takes 1 days. If need custom logo, it takes 1-3 days, subject to your designs whether they need new printing screen, etc.

4. How long is the production time?

It takes 3-5 working days for 5000pcs products.

5. What format of the file do you need if I want my own design for custom products?

We have our own professional designers. So you can provide  PSD, AI, CDR, PDF, EPS etc. We will draw artwork for mold or printing screen for your own phone holder.
